Shalom dear Glenn or I may also add "Kalimera"~ which is goodmorning in Greek and it is 10:12 am in here. You are so fast and I am so slow these days not being in gather so often. I will share with you why: I think I am getting more and more clear about healthy boundaries and doing only those things I feel a 'yes!" to do or to involve myself with. This is simply honest ! One of the reasons we all deplete ourselves and then end up feeling off-course or fatigued, etc., is that we do not honor these boundaries because of old conditioning that we have to 'do it all' or 'be nice', etc. But to do something we don't truly feel like doing isn't really 'nice' for anyone.

Have you ever been to Greece? I live in Athens and as I have mentioned before very near the beach. In fact I will pos ta pic, so everybody can see how near.
I am in owe of you and really love your articles, the way you so fluently express your feelings and knowledge and for being who you are.
May Athina guide your steps in wisdom and may Appolonas share his song and light with you.
